Kent and trisha faulk orange texas. Scott and the gang started my pool mid march of 2020. I have a brother in law that had used them 2 years earlier and was more than pleased with entire experiance. Problem i faced is that i live nearly 3 hours away from their office. Luckily i was put in touch with melba that day and she never batted an eye at doing a job that far away. Melba drove here the next day and explained everything we needed to know to be pool owners. Scott the owner was down to layout pool himself and set our minds at ease. Tena has also been the most important link during construction keeping the ball rolling and us informed on who will be here and when. Each different group of contractors knew what they were here to do and didnt have questions for us. If they had a question they called backyard paradise for the answer. I was told by 2 different contractors who build pools for more than one company that i had chosen a very good company to do my pool and that i would not be disapointed. That made me feel so much more comfortable because the only thing i know about pools is that water goes in them. We are not thru yet maybe 1 to 2 weeks left to completion. Wanted to let people know of a group of people in the pool business who care about their customers and do quality work so that they spend less, get more, and know that it will add value and pleasure to your home. If they get crazy these last 2 weeks and do something wrobg that people should know ill be back to tell it, dont see that happening though. Hope others experience with this company is as pleasant as mine and my brother in laws have been

The best pool company I've ever encountered.
Had a fantastic experience with BPP! It’s been almost 1 year from our dig date and we could not be happier about our pool build! 7 weeks from dig to fill day (Jan-Mar), our HOA took longer to give us the ok than it did for them to build the pool. Scott (the owner) gave us a more than fair price and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and more! You can get as many or little features you like to suit your budget. I really wanted a rock water feature but didn’t want to take too much width from the pool (due to our easement). Scott promised he’d get it done, where other builders denied us, and he did just that. Tena was super helpful in any hiccups that arose by getting me an answer, or the issue addressed, in a more than timely manner. She was always available during and after the build to answer any questions we had which we really appreciated. We read reviews on other pool builders that would ghost you as soon as they were done with the build but this definitely wasn’t the case with BPP! Excellent experience 10/10 recommend!

Scott built my pool 16 years ago and still looks great. Even the plaster is still original. It’s held up very well.
We had a great experience and were especially impressed with how fast everything went from start to finish. The builders they have on their staff are excellent at what they do. I felt like all of our needs we wanted in a pool were heard. Sarah worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything all while trying to keep us within our budget we set from the beginning. Overall we were very pleased with the end result and anything we have needed even after our pool has been completed they have been more than happy to help us with.
It’s been about 2 years since they installed our pool and we are still in love with it. Sarah and Tina have been very helpful in educating us on how to care for our pool. It’s been 2 years and we can still call and they will help us with any pool care guidance or needs.

It has been over 2 years since Scott and his team installed my pool. I just wanted to come back in and comment that I feel so lucky to have found them. Friends paid way more for their pool and are always repairing it. Scott's team came in and installed properly from the beginning. Excellent company and staff!
POLARIS FIXING GODDESS!! It was pure happenstance that I met Scott, the owner and I am so happy that I did. I was complaining that my pool Polaris had broken and was going to have to spend dern near $1,000 for a new one. Scott insisted that I bring it by his shop and have his lady take a look at it. After two days, I was finally able to bring the machine to his shop in Splendora. I was greeted by the sweetest twenty something year old young lady named Sarah. OMG what a GEM!! Sarah manhandled my machine like a champion. She was able to unclog the machine in two places. She changed out all of the wheels and hoses, I was completely impressed. Scott came in and trimmed a few inches off of the hose so that it would no longer bundle itself up into a circle, while in use. Sarah then put the machine back together, tested it, and said, OK, it's fixed. Thank you, you Polaris fixing Goddess!! This lady is going places. With the repairs and the changed parts for maintenance, my bill...$190.00, my savings $810.00! Thank you so much Backyard Paradise Pools!! KUDDOS!! You have a customer for LIFE!! We were referred to Backyard Paradise Pools by a coworker for a re-tile job on our pool. Tena was so pleasant to work with, very responsive and professional. She was able to get us in quickly and the guys who came out and retiled the pool were great! I would definitely recommend this company.
We had an excellent experience with backyard Paradise. Fair price and hard working crew. The pool now is looking better than ever! Cathleen was amazing helping us in this project. Highly recommend!
Amazing company, I had my pool built four years ago and it is still just as beautiful. It was also the cheapest, I did price checks with other companies and Backyard was the most reasonable. The owner is very involved and the work is quality. I highly recommend them!
